We built this website to distribute the toolkit — not to hold your Regulation 45 review.
No account, sign-up or email is needed to download or use the toolkit. Information entered into downloaded Excel or Word resources is never uploaded to us.
What the toolkit does not send us
The website never receives, and has no mechanism for receiving:
- Names or details of children
- Care plans, incidents, or safeguarding information
- Health or medication information
- Anything you type into the downloaded workbook
- Completed review reports
There is no workbook upload, no online review editor, no cloud review database, and no AI analysing anything you enter into the toolkit.
Email updates
If you choose to subscribe for free care-tool updates, we store the email address you provide and the information needed to manage your subscription: subscription status, when you subscribed, and which part of the site or workbook the subscription came from.
Subscription is optional and is not required to download or use our resources.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us. Unsubscribing keeps a minimal record so we don't accidentally email you again — we don't delete and re-add it.
Completed workbooks
We don't provide an upload mechanism for completed reviews. Once you download the toolkit, what you do with it — and where you keep it — is entirely up to your organisation.
Provider responsibility
Organisations remain responsible for deciding:
- What information they enter into the workbook
- Who can access it
- Where it is stored
- How long it is retained
- Their own information-governance controls
